- Makkah Station: Located at Rusaifa, approximately 3km from the Haram (free shuttle available)
- Jeddah Station (Sulaymaniyah): Central Jeddah, near King Abdulaziz Airport
- King Abdulaziz International Airport Station: Direct connection to the new airport terminal
- Madinah Station: Located near the Knowledge Economic City, approximately 5km from Masjid an-Nabawi (taxi/SAR 15-25)
- Total journey Makkah to Madinah: approximately 2 hours (with stops)
- Total journey Makkah to Jeddah Airport: approximately 45 minutes

How to Book Haramain Train Tickets
Option 1: Online (Easiest)
- Visit hhr.com.sa (official Haramain Railway website)
- Create an account with your email
- Select departure and arrival stations
- Choose date and time
- Select seat (window/aisle, economy/business)
- Enter passenger details (passport number, name)
- Pay online with credit/debit card (Visa/Mastercard/Mada)
- Download or screenshot your e-ticket (QR code)
Option 2: At the Station
- Ticket counters at all stations accept cash and cards
- Self-service kiosks available in Arabic and English
- During peak season (Ramadan, Hajj), book online to avoid long queues

Tips for Riding the Haramain Train
- Arrive at the station 30 minutes before departure (security check)
- Carry your passport — ID is checked before boarding
- Luggage limit: 2 pieces, total 25kg + 1 carry-on (similar to airline rules)
- Zamzam water: Allowed in checked luggage (sealed container, max 10 liters)
- Free Wi-Fi on board
- Clean restrooms and prayer area on the train
- Snacks and drinks available for purchase (cash or card)
- The train is fully air-conditioned and very comfortable
