When Should You Renew Your Passport?
Renew your passport if:

How to Renew Your Pakistani Passport
Option 1: Online Renewal (E-Passport)
Pakistan now offers online passport renewal through the Directorate General of Immigration and Passports (DGIP) website. This is the easiest method:
- Visit passport.gov.pk (official DGIP website)
- Create an account with your CNIC and email
- Fill in the application form
- Upload passport-size photo and CNIC scan
- Pay the fee online (credit/debit card)
- Visit the passport office for biometrics (fingerprints and photo)
- Collect your passport or have it delivered to your address
Option 2: Visit the Passport Office
You can visit any regional passport office in Pakistan for walk-in renewal:
- Bring your original CNIC + photocopy
- Bring your current passport (original)
- Bring 2 passport-size photos (white background)
- Fill out the application form at the office
- Pay the fee at the designated bank counter
- Get your biometrics done (fingerprints + photo)
